Every lighting, location, climate, and client is different. While variation always exists, we have all worked hard to develop a consistent style so you can rest assured that every member of our team will deliver quality content.

We love the fresh look of trendy imagery, but also see the importance of keeping a timeless, classic look that you will love for years to come. So our team combines the best of both of these in our unique and beautiful style of photography and videography. The photos and videos on our website reflect this. We will capture your special day consistent with our style. We advise against referring our team to the specific work of others, as it hinders our creative process.
We are so excited to be a part of your special day! We will work with you to determine what you would like captured and the best timeline to accommodate that. We are happy to capture any part of your day (getting ready, first look, ceremony, bridal party, family, reception). This is your day, and we are committed to giving you the coverage you need. Your photographer and videographer will go over the timeline of your day with you so that everyone is on the same page. You can add extra hours at any point before the wedding day for $150 per hour for each team member.

Location
Your photographer will work with you to find a great location for your engagement session. Your engagement session is subject to travel fees independent of the wedding day travel fees.

Punctuality & Duration
The engagement session includes 1.5 hours of photography. Your time is extremely valuable to us, and we want to give you the best product possible. Time and light are very valuable assets. Make sure you are ready to go at your location by the time you have scheduled with your photographer. An overtime charge of $150 per hour may be assessed if you are late to your shoot, and your shoot goes over time. Our team members cannot guarantee their availability for overtime. This also applies to the wedding day. You will receive 100-150 fully-edited photos ready for digital download. Full printing rights included.

Pricing
You may add on an engagement session to any of our packages for $350.
A non-refundable retainer is due to reserve your date. This can be done in one of two ways. You may pay 50% at the time of booking and 50% the week of the wedding. Or you may pay 15% at the time of booking and divide the remaining balance into even monthly payments until the wedding day. When you are ready to book, we will send a contract and an invoice via email. The contract can be signed digitally, and the invoice can be paid online with a credit or debit card. You will also have the option of setting up automatic payments if you'd like.
travel fees
If our team has to travel more than 25 miles to your wedding location, a travel fee may be assessed. We will evaluate each venue and inform you of the travel fee. It will be discussed upfront and included in your contracted price.
date change
If you need to change your date for any reason, there is no fee. However, please reach out first to make sure we are available on your new date. If you have to cancel all-together, the deposit is non-refundable.
insurance
Ivory Grove is insured with a general liability coverage. If your venue requires proof of insurance, we are happy to provide it.

We love capturing memories of all couples. We strongly disagree with any group or organization which discriminates on matters of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital, family, pregnancy status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran or citizenship status and any other characteristics which currently feel hate from others or groups. We also ask that our team members are afforded respect and a safe work environment - any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of our team members or constitutes a hostile work environment (including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature) will not be tolerated.
Speeches + Vows
We would love to capture the audio for your speeches and vows if that is something you would like included in your video. Your final video will be between 6-12 minutes (depending on your package and the length of the songs you choose). If you would like longer clips of your vows and speeches included between your highlight clips, that is no problem at all, just let us know! We will work with you ahead of time to determine if there will be an extra fee for the longer video.
Music Choice
We want this to be YOUR video, so we allow you to choose the music. Visit our Songs for Your Wedding Video page for more info on how this works! Copyright laws are very strict regarding the use of music in wedding videos, so we have subscriptions to music sites from which you may select your songs. You don't need to download anything, just let us know what you decide! If you would prefer that we select you songs, that is fine as well. If we don't hear your song selection before Wedding Day, then our editing team will select songs that go well with your footage.

This is where you will find most of the mainstream songs. If there is a pink "P" next to the song, there will be an additional $25 charge. If you choose one of those songs for your video, we will add the $25 to your final bill.

There are some great instrumental songs on this site. There are some songs on this site that have an extra charge (it will be grayed out and say "not included in subscription.")

Drone Footage
If you would like aerial shots of your venue on the day of the wedding, we are happy to provide that for you! We do not fly our drones indoors. If weather or airspace doesn't permit our flying the drone on the wedding day, we will refund your cost completely. Because of the licensing and equipment involved, there will be an extra fee of $200.

Our wedding packages include fully-edited photos and videos. We also offer one complimentary re-edit. If you feel like something needs minor changes, please send an email with your requests to your event manager at hello@ivorygrove.com. After your complimentary re-edit, additional edits may be done but will be subject to a $75 fee. All edits must be made within 2 weeks of the package being sent.

Your final, fully-edited videos and photos will be sent to you via email. The typical turnaround time is 20-60 days (depending on the season). We aim to deliver your media as soon as possible! The video will be available to view and download from Vimeo. This allows you to easily share it with anyone you want. Raw footage will also be available (if your package includes it) to download. Your photos will be available for viewing and download via Pixieset. You will receive a link to your album that will allow you to scroll through the different sessions with ease. Pixieset will allow anyone with the link to download all photos in full resolution. We encourage you to download all of your media as soon as you receive it.

We never put any watermarks on our photos. You will reserve all printing rights! The only rights we retain are creative rights to use these photos in our portfolios, both online and offline.

You are welcome to upload your photos and video directly to facebook or Instagram! Your videos will be available on Vimeo you will receive a shareable link that you can use to post.
Ivory Grove was the best decision we made for our wedding day! We wanted to do both photography and videography and as I was searching options were just so expensive doing them each separately. When I started to search for a company that did both I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the prices and what Ivory Grove offered. I called right away and they put me at ease. Within a day of booking, the team reached out to introduce themselves. I still had over a year until our wedding but throughout that time Stephen (event manager) reached out to check in on plans and give updates. The day of was incredible and both photographer and videographer were there to help keep us on schedule and we got the most beautiful photos and video.
