We founded Ivory Grove out of a love of people, weddings, and storytelling — and a belief that beautiful wedding photography and videography should be affordable and stress-free. We’ve handpicked a team of photographers and videographers who share that passion, and we edit every photo and film in-house so your media always matches the work that drew you to us. Alice coordinates photographer and videographer assignments, confirms wedding-day staffing, and keeps our local teams prepared and supported. Behind the scenes, she manages the details that help your coverage run smoothly and your captured memories move into editing.
Lindsey
Co-Owner & Event Manager
Lindsey is your main point of contact after booking, helping you navigate planning questions, updates, and the details that matter to you. She stays connected through delivery of your photos and films, making sure you feel supported throughout the experience.
Hannah
Assistant Event Manager
Hannah supports Lindsey in caring for couples throughout the planning process and keeps our portfolios, venue pages, and social media filled with helpful information and wedding inspiration. Her work helps you explore our team’s work, discover ideas, and picture what’s possible for your own celebration.

Creative Production
Carly leads the selection and training of our photographers and videographers and oversees the quality of our editing. Her work helps ensure your wedding team is prepared and your finished photos and films reflect the Ivory Grove style you fell in love with.

Your Ivory Grove Experience
1. Find Your Package & Reserve Your Date
Ashley gets to know your wedding plans, answers your questions, and helps you choose the right coverage. She'll then send an online proposal where you can sign your contract and pay your deposit.
2. Plan with Lindsey
Once you book, Lindsey becomes your main point of contact and pairs you with your photographer and/or videographer. She’ll share helpful resources and answer your questions along the way.
3. Get to Know Your Wedding Team
Your photographer and/or videographer will reach out to schedule a phone call to get to know you, learn what matters most to you, and go over the details of your day.
4. Enjoy Your Wedding Day
Your local team captures your celebration using the shared Ivory Grove approach, so you can focus on enjoying the moments.
5. Relive Your Memories
You’ll receive your beautifully edited photos and films through digital galleries, making it easy to view, download, and share your favorite moments. Relive your wedding day with the people you love, whenever you like.
