Lead Wedding Videographer (Chicago, IL)
Description
We’re seeking talented videographers to join the Ivory Grove team. This is an opportunity to lead wedding videography projects while focusing purely on your craft. We handle the business side — you focus on creating. Candidates must have experience shooting 2–3 full weddings and be confident with both natural and artificial light. Our videographers retain footage rights, are paid weekly, and choose their own wedding assignments. Required Experience
• Must have shot at least two paid, full weddings as the lead videographer
• Must be motivated to master your craft and continually improve
• Must have a client-focused mindset and strong communication skills
• Must respond promptly to client messages and conduct professional consultation calls
Responsibilities
• Provide your own gear (2 full-frame bodies required - see application for more details)
• Upload raw files to Ivory Grove’s servers
• Use video lighting in low-light scenarios
• Communicate with clients (2 calls per wedding)
• Collaborate professionally with other team members
• Use Ivory Grove’s internal portal and processes
