Once your photos and videos are edited, you will receive an email from us with the links to your media. This page will help you know what to do with each of these links and answer common questions about how to download, print, and share.

Digital Photo Gallery

Your final, edited photos are all arranged in your personal Pixieset Gallery. There is so much you can do with this link!

Share - Send this link to all of your family and friends so they can see your beautiful photos! You can also post your favorites on social media! Don't forget to tag us!

Print - Choose your favorites, add them to your cart, and your photos will be professionally printed and delivered right to your door! (You also retain the printing rights to your photos, so if you prefer to have them printed someplace else, you are free to do that! We definitely recommend finding a professional lab. In-store printing services often have inconsistent quality, and we want you to have the best!)

Download - We highly recommend that you download your whole album, right away. You can save them to your hard drive, a cloud storage account, or a flash drive. We don't have plans to delete your edited photos anytime soon, but it's always best to have your own copy of these precious memories! Make sure to choose the "High Resolution" size so that you have the highest quality files. The "web-sized" files do not print well.

Order an album - We are often asked about albums, and because we give you the printing rights to your photos, it's super easy to order a professional album of all your wedding day favorites. We do not have any affiliation with these services, but here are a few that we recommend:
- - Nations Photo Lab is a very easy-to-use service, with pricing and printing options clearly displayed. We love their "Album99."
  - mPix Professional Printing Labs offers one of our favorites, the "Signature Album." It’s a perfect way to showcase your memories. And with 5 different sizes, you can do parent albums too. Great Christmas or Thank You gift!

Raw Photos

If your package includes the raw files of your photos, you will have a link to the Dropbox folder where they are stored.

Unedited photos - Remember that these files are unedited. They will NOT look good if you view them as is. You will need a professional program to open them. Do not print these. Simply click on the link and download the files.

Will be deleted - We do delete these raw files a few months after your wedding, so be sure to download them to your computer, cloud storage, or a flash drive as soon as possible.

Vimeo Videos

Your final, edited videos will be delivered via Vimeo links. With these links, you can:

Raw Footage Reels Folder

If your package includes the raw files of your video, you will have a link to the folder in Dropbox.

Unedited videos - We will piece together all of the raw video footage that your videographer captures throughout your day in what we call a "Raw Video Reel." It is typically split into 3 files. These are unedited-home-video-style videos and include any on-camera audio. If external audio was captured, there will be a separate folder with these audio files in your Raw Footage folder. Be advised that raw footage is "as-shot" and may be in slow-motion, real-time, or a mix of both. It isn't synchronized, edited, or color graded. It may or may not have audio matched to it. All available audio files and movie clips will be included in the folder for you to access. Raw footage time will be much less than your total coverage hours because we are not continuously recording the whole time. We focus our shooting on getting the right clips for your highlight and teaser films. Your raw footage is not meant to be a documentary-style film with every single moment of the day recorded. There are limits to what one videographer can do...remember that we are used to seeing Hollywood productions with 20-30 cameras and 100s of additional technicians.
