Once your photos and videos are edited, you will receive an email from us with the links to your media. This page will help you know what to do with each of these links and answer common questions about how to download, print, and share.

Digital Photo Gallery

Your final, edited photos are all arranged in your personal Pixieset Gallery. There is so much you can do with this link!

Share - Send this link to all of your family and friends so they can see your beautiful photos! You can also post your favorites on social media! Don't forget to tag us!

Print - Choose your favorites, add them to your cart, and your photos will be professionally printed and delivered right to your door! You also retain the printing rights to your photos, so if you prefer to have them printed somewhere else, you are free to do that! Be sure to download the high-resolution image (not the web-size image). We definitely recommend finding a professional lab. I cannot stress what a difference this makes. Whether you print them through our site or another online professional lab (mPix and Nations Lab are two examples), this is definitely the way to go! In-store printing services often have inconsistent quality, and photos do not look professional when printed at a non-professional lab.

Download - We highly recommend that you download your whole album, RIGHT AWAY. You can save them to your hard drive, a cloud storage account, or a flash drive. We don't have plans to delete your edited photos anytime soon, but it's always best to have your own copy of these precious memories! If you are downloading the whole album, it gives you a choice of download size. Make sure to choose the "High Resolution" size so that you have the highest quality files. The "web-sized" files do not print well. If you are downloading just a single photo, it will download the high resolution.

Order an album - You can order your beautiful album right from your gallery. First hover over the "Print Store" on the right, and then select "Albums & Books." We LOVE the Premium Layflat Book. These make great gifts for parents!

Videos

Your final, edited videos will be delivered via Vimeo links. With these links, you can:

Shareable link - This is a Vimeo link that makes it easy to watch your video online. You can send this link to all of your family and friends so they can see your beautiful videos! You can even post these links on social media. Don't forget to tag us!

Download link - This is a Dropbox link that makes it very easy to download the original file to your phone and/or your computer. We highly recommend that you download your videos right away. You can save them to your hard drive, a cloud storage account, or a flash drive. We don't have plans to delete your edited videos anytime soon, but it's always best to have your own copy of these precious memories!

Raw Footage Reels Folder

If your package includes the raw files of your video, you will have a link to the folder in Dropbox.

Unedited videos - We will piece together all of the raw video footage that your videographer captures throughout your day in what we call a "Raw Video Reel." It is typically split into 3 files. These are unedited-home-video-style videos and include any on-camera audio. If external audio was captured, there will be a separate folder with these audio files in your Raw Footage folder. Be advised that raw footage is "as-shot" and may be in slow-motion, real-time, or a mix of both. It isn't synchronized, edited, or color graded. It may or may not have audio matched to it. All available audio files and movie clips will be included in the folder for you to access. Raw footage time will be much less than your total coverage hours because we are not continuously recording the whole time. We focus our shooting on getting the right clips for your highlight and teaser films. Your raw footage is not meant to be a documentary-style film with every single moment of the day recorded. There are limits to what one videographer can do...remember that we are used to seeing Hollywood productions with 20-30 cameras and 100s of additional technicians.

Will be deleted - We do delete these raw files a few months after your wedding, so be sure to download them ASAP to your computer, cloud storage, or a flash drive.
